PRIVACY POLICY Information sheet pursuant to Art. 13 Reg. (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR – Information on the processing of personal data obtained from the interested party.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONThe provided personal data are stored in servers located within the European Union and non-EU countries in order to comply with the above-mentioned purposes. Data can be transferred pursuant to Art. 44 – General Principle for transfers; Art. 45 Transfers on the basis of an adequacy decision; Art. 46 Transfers subject to appropriate safeguards. DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIODThe data will be processed electronically and manually, with procedures and tools able to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically authorized to do so. In accordance with the provisions of Article 5(1) letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of interested parties for a period no longer than that required to fulfil the purpose for which thepersonal data is collected.
